You wanted pictures, you got pictures! Here are a bunch of snap shots of the past few days. After she arrived on Tuesday we spent the next two days in Recovery and came home on Thursday. We introduced our little bundle to our other girls, Lacey and Abbey, and then we got on with trying to figure out what to do with a baby in the house! Both sets of parents had been very busy while we were in the hospital: they raked leaves, cleaned, and cooked. The Vinsons tied pink and white balloons all over the driveway, mail box, and front step. The Smiths did some yard work: Dad fixed the edging on the driveway and Mom planted mums and pansies. In preparation for the big event Dad cooked a bunch of food (chili, spaghetti sauce, chicken) and froze it for us to use during these hectic days.
Here are some of EK's firsts: Halloween, car rides, visiting the pediatrician, a trip to Babies-R-Us, and a little walk with the doggies!

Even though I spend all the time I can with her, I still never get tired of looking at her! She is as beautiful as her mother. I am happy to be surrounded by all of my girls, the two beautiful and loving centers of my universe, and the two furry and loving centers of my living room. I LOVE YOU!!

How weird is this- we were at Dr. Shults' for Murphy's 2 month check up when you were there I think! Was it Friday the 2nd? I saw the sign and thought- what if that's Kathryn? I told Walker to go look when we heard a tiny baby getting weighed, but he didn't see the mom out there! I bet it was Ella Kate! I love them- they are great! Glad you are doing well. She's gorgeous!

Ok, I'm a little slow, b/c I've looked at this post like 100 times and I just now saw the sign at the pediatrician's office with her name on it. That is so sweet!!
